Take a moment and think about your first bike and all the joy it brought you. Now think about supporting Beaumont Children’s Bike Day with a donation that will help provide special bikes for children who are living with a disability. With a small act of kindness, you will bring joy into the lives of these children who deserve a helping hand. Let your heart be your guide. All donations matter.
Follow www.beaumontchildrenshospital.com/bike-day/ for an insight into Bike Day, including a video of children and their bikes, and the ways a donation can be made. –David Hartwell

🎵 🎶 🎶🎵 MUSIC NOTES 🎵🎶🎶 🎵
Join us this summer for the Summer Music Listener’s Group! Meeting 2 evenings a month during June, July, and August, this group will explore the pantheon of church music over the centuries through lectures and listening sessions. Please join us, all are welcome! The dates for July are the 6th and 13th at 7:30PM.
This morning’s musical point of interest: “Vater unser im Himmelreich” translates literally as “Our Father in Heaven”. A translation that may sound more familiar is “Our Father, Who Art in Heaven”. Vater unser im Himmerlreich was a very popular hymn tune of Renaissance and Baroque Germany, which sets the text of the Lord’s prayer. This morning we will hear 4 different interpretations of the tune by 3 different composers.
