Blessed ALL SAINTS DAY!

DON’T FORGET  to “fall back” an hour this weekend!!  You don’t want to be late for service!!

WEAR WHITE this Sunday to get into the spirit of the holy-day of All Saints.

WELCOMED IN BAPTISM Today we celebrate the baptism of Carter Michael Davenport. Alleluia! Alleluia!

A SERVICE OF REMEMBRANCE for our loved ones who have passed, as well as for the great saints of history, will be held in the Memorial Garden following today’s 8am and 10am services. Immediately after the dismissal we gather in the garden for this 7 minute service. You will receive tiny mementos to dedicate to your loved ones – as many as you need.

EXTRA HALLOWEEN CANDY is welcome in the main office – as much as you have! We have a little “candy ministry” in the office where we keep a basket stocked with treats year-round. Place your extra candy on the desk in the main office and we’ll put it to good use!

LAST FRIDAY’S BONFIRE was awesome! Twenty enthusiastic fun loving folks (adults and kids!) circled up under the light of a beautiful moon and calm pleasant weather to eat, drink be merry, play games, win prizes (see the Holy Moment), tell stories and get to know each other better. It was a wonderful experience! Congrats to Nathan Howes for taking home the trophy for the 2023 St. James Bonfire (Arrrrrr!) “Most Enthusiastic Attendee!” Who’s gonna take home the trophy at the next bonfire?!? Thank you to all who helped out and all who attended!

AN ACOLYTE PLANNING MEETING is scheduled for next Sunday, Nov 12, after the 10am service. Please come to join up!

A PREVIOUS PARISHIONER LARRY JAMES passed away peacefully on Sunday, October 8. He is survived by Lynn, Cindy, Lee, and Kent. Messages can be sent to 34637 Megan Ct., Lewes, DE, 19958
