UTO Box Collection November 2nd
The United Thank Offering (UTO) is an outreach ministry of the Episcopal Church that was founded in 1889. Placed in a prominent place in your home, your UTO box is a reminder to stop and give thanks for the many blessings in our lives. Each year the monies collected are given away in the form of grants. These grants focus on meeting compelling human needs and support mission and ministry of the church throughout the world. A list of 2014 grant recipients is available on the ECW bulletin board in the hallway for your perusal.
The fall ingathering (collection of boxes) will take place on November 2nd. Envelopes will be available also for those who prefer to donate in that way. In gratitude for God’s grace, let’s give generously on November 2nd. Our change truly can change lives.
Thank you, Wendy Kiblawi
